Natim Transport & Delivery Inc. is currently seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for delivering packages to our valued customers safely and on time.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.

No CDL License Required

$500 Bonus After 90 Days of Employment

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
• Load and unload packages safely.
• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and complete required delivery documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating during deliveries.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to a supervisor immediately.
• Follow company policies, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.
• Represent the organization professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• No prior FedEx driving experience required.
• No at-fault accidents.
• No vehicle or property damage.
• No unexcused absences.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening .
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs. , including bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery truck and to the front door or designated delivery access point.

Pay & Benefits

• $500 bonus after 90 days of employment
• Monday–Friday: $850/week
• Tuesday–Saturday: $875/week
• Wednesday–Sunday: $900/week
